Terms and Conditions

Booking
Your booking is only confirmed on receipt of your none refundable deposit. This is 25% of the total cost. The balance, without any further notice, is to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. If you’re booking is made 6 weeks or less before arrival date it must be accompanied with full payment. If the final payment is not received 6 weeks prior to arrival then the owner will consider the villa is no long required and the booking will be cancelled.

Included
The villa rental includes, where applicable, the cost of sensible use of air conditioning/heating, maintenance of swimming pool and garden, all utensils, linen and towels. Please do not remove any items from the villa during your stay. Towels should not be taken to the beach.
The villa rental price does not include any personal, travel or cancellation insurance, transportation or airport transfers.

Breakages
Any breakages, how ever they accrue, must be paid for. A deposit of 200€ will be taken and only refunded on receipt of the keys and final inspection of the villa at the end of your holiday

Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing via e-mail or recorded delivery. Effective from date of receipt of cancellation notification.
Deposits are none refundable. If you have to cancel your holiday you will be charged as follows.
Between 45 and 28 days 60% charge
Between 28 and 7 days 90% charge
Less than 7 days 100% charge

General
Maximum number of persons, under no circumstances may be more than the number of persons specified in the booking. Further more the agent must be informed of any additional people staying at the villa overnight and you may have extra charges incurred. Incase of none compliance the owners or their agents reserve the right to refuse admittance to the villa to the hirer and their party. Pets are not allowed.
All information supplied by the owner and their agents is given in good faith and is based on information available at the time. All reasonable measures have been taken to ensure the accuracy of statements made, but the owners or agents are not liable for any variation however caused.

Arrival and departure times
The villa will be available for occupation from 16.00 hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00hrs on the day of departure.
Detailed instructions with directions to the villa will be sent after receipt of final payment.

Public Supplies
As we have no control over public supplies we accept no liability for intermittent failure neither of water or electricity nor of the sewage systems, plumbing or mechanical equipment in villas, however we will do our best to arrange a prompt repair where possible

Complaints
Any complaints about the villa or its contents must be made in writing immediately to the owner/agent who will take all reasonable steps to remedy the problem. Neither the owners nor their agents shall have any liability for any complaint submitted after the completion of the hire period. The Agent is not Liable for any delays due to Technical Service Engineers required. Complaints must be put in writing and handed to the agent in person immediately, for them to remedy. Complaints that can not be remedied here are passed on to the owner.

Injury and Damage
However they arise, neither the owners nor their agents accept any liability for personal injury, loss or damage to personal effects, during the booking period.

Insurance
The villa hire cost does not include any personal insurance cover of any kind and it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT PERSONAL ACCIDENT AND MEDICAL INSURANCE FOR EACH PERON IS TAKEN OUT BEFOR THE START OF YOU HOLIDAY.
